Strolling through the aisles of Target today, I happened upon this adorable toddler bib:
Cute? Yes. Grammatically correct? No.
Unless the little orange owl is asking “Guess who is/has 1st Halloween?” it needs to pull out the English book for a bit of Grammar 101.
While this type of apostrophe placement usually indicates possessive, what it really needed was a “whose.”
Bad grammar starts early!

Wow! Even outside of work, your keen eye doesn’t miss a typo! Good catch Kim. This is a superb example of the importance of proofreaders and their attention to detail. Typos can have an adverse effect on a company image or brand and in some case send or communicate the wrong message.
